PROCESS TO GET THE VISSA

Process Time 15 to 18 days

The Process Will Be As Follow….

Step 1

First the Applicant will select the Course and then will Select the University in which he or she wants to Apply then Applicant will complete all the Documents (REQUIRMENTS FOR APPLY) All the Documents must be complete then the Applicant will send us all the complete Documents, scan copy of each on our company Email address jebcinternational@yahoo.com

Step 2

In the 2nd Step After getting the complete Documents from the Applicant Company will apply for the Applicant in that selected University then with in 2-3 working days the company will confirm the Admission for the Applicant.and if the University will accept the student then they will issue us the Applicant ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER And company will send a scan copy of that ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER to the Applicant. This step will take 2-3 working days

Step 3

In the 3rd Step After receiving the ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER from the selected University the Applicant will send us the Application fees (Admission notice + JW202 form/vissa application form &Vissa process fees on our given (BANK DETAILS). Then Applicant will send us the scan copy of that paid fees receipt which he will received from the bank then we will collect that fees from the given source & then Our company will pay process fees to the University then University will apply for the Applicant JW202 form/Vissa Application Form in the CMOE (China Ministry Of Education)and with in 10 -12 working days the University will get the Jw202 form/Vissa Application Form from CMOE and then company will personally collect that JW202/Vissa Application form from the selected University and then Applicant will send us his or her Postal Address and our company will send the both Original copies of ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER & JW202 form/Vissa Application Form on the Applicant given Postal Address by DHL and with in 2 or 3 working Days the Applicant will Collect the Original Documnets (ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER & JW202 form/Vissa application form) by DHL.

So, the total time will be consumed:

ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER, 2-3 DAYS
JW202 form/Vissa application form, 10-12 DAYS
DHL/Postal Process, 2-3 DAYS
Time To Get The Vissa, 15-18DAYS

Step 4

In the 4th step After receiving the ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER & Jw202 form/Vissa Application Form the Applicant will arrange the following Documents:

 • Valid Passport(Original)
 • Citizen Identity Card(Original if have then ok otherwise not compulsory)
 • Father Identity Card(Scan copy if have then ok otherwise not compulsory)
 • MATRIC/8+2/O-LEVEL Result must be Attested with Foreign Affair Office(Original)
 • FSC/10+2/A-LEVEL Result must be Attested with Foreign Affair Office(Original)
 • ADMISSION NOTICE/INVITATION LETTER from the selected University(Original)
 • Jw202 form/Vissa Application Form of the selected University(Original)
 • Police Character Certificate must be Attested with Foreign Affair Office(0riginal)
 • Medical Fitness Certificate from any Hospital(Original)
 • Bank statement of 8 to 10 Lacs (PKR), round about 8 to 10 thousand USD. If applicant will be selected on scholarship then there will be no need for bank statement
 • Embesey Vissa Form which will provide to the Applicant from there(Chinese embessey or the Consult office)Applicant will fill that form over there(Original)
 • Photocopies of all above Documents

With all these Original documents the Applicant will apply And with in 5-7 days Applicant will collect the passport with X-VISSA(student vissa) and then will buy the Airticket and will send a scan copy of that to our company on our company Email adress,our company and the Selected University member will come to receive the student on the related Airport.

The whole process from the Initial to the Final will take 20 to 25 days.
